Inspired by tradition, Carmel Creaner’s tableware fuses contemporary and traditional textile techniques with her own hand drawn elements.   The sewing machine and printing table are the tools that deliver a unique, hand rendered product.  Each item is crafted in 100% linen and is designed for everyday use.  The narratives that inspire Carmel’s current range are based on tradition, communication and repair.  The seascape surroundings of Cobh, Co.Cork where she lives provide constant inspiration.
